Friday afternoon is so grand.

I'm off of work. I don't have to get up early tomorrow. That is such a rewarding feeling.

I'm due on Monday. I'm so close to my due date that when people ask me when I'm due, I tell them a day of the week. I'm so ready to let somebody else hold the baby for a moment or 2. If I can get away without a c-section, I'm totally sleeping on my tummy right away. Or at least lying down on it. Who knows if that will actually be comfortable yet.

I feel like I could fall asleep at any moment all the time. Nathan took a picture of me last week. I'll have to get him to post it. The belly is huge. You don't get to see it in the picture, but the skin is so stretched out that I have to be very careful with it or I end up with scabs everywhere. (Sounds pretty, huh?) I'm going to go lie on the couch and close my eyes. Not sleep, just deflate a bit. Nathan took Eleanor with him to the store, so I have that luxury right now. (:
