Stuff

Well, I'm currently enjoying my second four day weekend in a row out of three. I love Christmas and New years. Next weekend isn't a holiday, but it is my cousin Ann's wedding. (!!!) I have my dress and it has been altered and I have my cowboy boots. It's going to be a seven to eight hour drive, so we're going to do it at night so Eleanor can stand the long car ride. Hopefully.

I think I have a plugged duct. A couple of days ago Eleanor didn't eat as much as she generally does, and now I feel like I've been punched in the boob. It doesn't hurt like it did that first day, but I'd like the pain to be gone please. I really don't want to have to deal with this while also being a bridesmaid this weekend.

I got to see my Amy!!! She came down from DC and we had crawfish, and ran out of gas, and talked about a bunch of stuff, and had Popeyes. It was great! Now I'm back to wondering when the next time I will see her will be. But that's okay, because it will happen, it's just a matter of time.

Eleanor is starting to appreciate some toys. It's pretty interesting to watch. Well she's getting grumpy and I'm getting hungry. Happy New Year!

This is from her baptism about a month and a half ago. I just love this picture.

What a great photo!! It's nice to see 2 generations of lovely ladies all in 1 photo.

I'm so glad you and Amy had fun. She told me it was a great trip!

It was so great to see you and Nathan and Eleanor! I'm sure we'll see each other soon - I'm probably heading down there again in June! We can try to meet up then!

December again

It's December! Drive safely, take your vitamins, and keep tabs on your very old and young. I want to see a recored low on the death toll this year, so everybody, say it with me: Let's stay alive!

Eleanor is now 3 months old and has a lot to say, but has not developed consonants yet, though I swear she said "acorn" two days ago.

I'm trying to find some cheap cowboy boots in sizes 8 and 11 (ladies) for myself and another bride's maid in my cousin Ann's wedding. So if you've got the hook up let me know!
